For the ninth consecutive year, Tandem Communication was entrusted with the design and production of Ubisoft Montreal's Christmas party. The video game firm, an icon in the city, places a great deal of importance on employee satisfaction during this must-attend event for the company.

Tandem's creative teams achieved the right balance with an immersive staging concept and a festive atmosphere throughout the evening. The artistic direction and visual variations were produced by the Ubisoft Montreal studio. The event brought together 2,180 people at Le Taz. Tandem created the stage design, production and proposed animations around the "après-ski" theme such as the rustic chalet, the off-piste area, the village bar and even ski slopes with a giant slide.

Tandem also implemented an eco-responsibility plan that made maximum use of compostable and recyclable materials in line with the company's environmental values.
