01. VIA Rail Canada
VIA Rail Canada was one of the first companies to entrust Tandem with its creative services and logistics expertise. There's no doubt that this relationship further propelled Eveline and Stéphane's enthusiasm and motivation in their agency vision, as they were the agency's only two permanent employees at the time in 2002! Tandem delivered a multitude of activities for VIA, such as open houses, press conferences, station openings, conventions, recognition galas and much more.

02. National Bank
In 2004, the agency's team continues to grow thanks to the clients it has the privilege of serving. It is mainly with its new association with the National Bank that Tandem welcomes a partner, Jean-Sébastien, as well as a technical director, Line, and a project manager, Vicki. From that moment on, the Tandem team grew exponentially. A momentum was born and Tandem flourished in the industry.

03. BRP
It was this momentum and with great confidence in its abilities that Tandem obtained its first mandate with BRP. Sixteen years later, this dynamic relationship is still very much alive. It is with the same enthusiasm, energy and passion that Tandem’s team works to continue to meet the expectations of this prestigious company in the context of international conferences, recognition programs, video productions and seminars to name a few.

04. Government of Quebec
From 2004 to 2007, the team continues to grow. The internal structure takes shape by permanently including creative and technical directors, graphic designers and project managers. With its ever-present enthusiasm, Tandem won the prestigious call for tenders for the Quebec government's healthy lifestyle program. For three years, "Tandemiens" travelled to Quebec festivals with the goal of promoting healthy lifestyle habits to festival participants.

05. Alcoa
Throughout 2007, Tandem had the privilege of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Alcoa aluminum smelter in Baie-Comeau. The agency was buzzing, the enthusiasm was palpable and the wind was blowing in the company's sails. For a year, a team from the agency traveled between Montreal and Baie-Comeau to apply its creativity to the launch of festivities, guided tours, conferences, hockey games, entertainment, field hockey games, comedy shows, circus presentations, a picnic and shows for the entire population of the city of Baie-Comeau, not to mention a large dinner for 5,000 guests for plant employees and their families, followed by a fireworks display.

06. Université de Montréal
In 2010, following the global financial crisis of 2008, the first experienced by the agency, Tandem must somewhat rebuild itself and continues to reply to calls for tenders. This is how it won the Université de Montréal’s Rector's luncheon. Tandem has been proudly planning this university event for several years, a cause it holds dear to its heart. In addition to the logistics of welcoming new students, this luncheon is immortalized year after year by a mosaic of all the new students.

07. CanWel
In 2010, Tandem’s enthusiasm in large gatherings continues to grow, this time for a trade show in the world of building materials. On this occasion, Tandem’s talent and passion were present in Calgary, Montreal and Ottawa. Of course, it was not a conventional show, but rather a large, continuous happening to highlight the client’s products.

08. Cystic Fibrosis
In 2011, in keeping with its strong desire to give back to society, Tandem continues to work closely with non-profit organizations. Tandem's involvement is present in several causes, including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada, the International Bureau for Children's Rights, the Montreal Geriatric Institute Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis. For several years, the Tandem team has been designing and planning benefit shows, walks and galas.

09. Je m’affiche pour la culture
Proud of its accomplishments, it is by reference that Tandem finds itself in 2011 at the head of the creativity and logistical operations of an activity dear to the organization "Culture pour tous". For an entire year, Tandem carries out a Quebec tour to promote culture. This tour, which began with a press conference for the general public, then moved on to festivals to offer sessions of exchange of views, reading, writing, painting; all this to promote interest and to make families discover culture.

10. BNP Paribas
Our collaboration with BNP Paribas began in 2011 and has now been evolving for 11 years. At BNP Paribas, Tandem found a new family. We accompany them in internal and external communication activities, such as tennis, office openings and cultural partnerships, such as museums, outdoor murals and others.

11. Ubisoft – Christmas Party
2011 was another year that continued to fuel our drive within the agency, winning the prestigious Ubisoft tender for the very large employee holiday celebration. There is no doubt that this mandate, which has been renewed for several years, tested our team’s creativity. We are most proud and honoured of this ongoing relationship with Ubisoft. Since 2011, our expertise has also been deployed for game launches, employee conferences, BBQs, press events and more.

12. CAA
In 2012, Tandem teamed up with CAA for organizing prestigious press conferences featuring Formula 1 drivers. Once again, the team's creativity is put to work to ensure that CAA's important messages are increasingly understood by the public. In fact, our teams made sure they had the media’s attention to emphasize the importance of not driving while impaired.

13. Montreal Canada Day
It is with great pride that the agency received a contribution agreement in 2014 for the organization of Montreal's Canada Day. This prestigious public happening once again demonstrated the agency's ability to react quickly, as the stakes were high for the implementation of this annual celebration. The agency was able to demonstrate its know-how in branding, artistic direction, public relations, staging and technical and logistical aspects to offer the population a high-quality, family-oriented show.

14. Pratt & Whitney Canada
In 2015, Tandem continues to attract the attention of major corporations operating internationally, such as Pratt & Whitney Canada. The company, looking to bring new life into its annual recognition event, chose Tandem to support it. True to its reputation, the Tandem team transformed a one-day Gala into a very human happening that took place over several days within the company. Not to mention the fact that the company's employees around the world could participate in this experience through a live feed.

15. Air show
In 2018, what a pleasure it was for Tandemiens to take part in the creativity and logistics of the Snow Birds air show in the skies of downtown Montreal. This mandate was carried out in conjunction with Aéro Montréal, for whom we have collaborated with in several mandates in the aeronautics industry, including job fairs, conferences, exhibitions and more.

16. Metro
Year after year, Tandem is honoured to put its teams to work for other companies, including in 2018, for Metro. This new partnership further demonstrates the growing strength of the agency and this time through its expanding studio. Tandem can now be proud to have in its team, programmers, layout artists, social network specialists; the necessary staff to meet the requirements of integrated communications and events. Our association with Metro allows the team to travel throughout Quebec, either for field activations or for digital media communications.

17. Expo Entrepreneurs
In 2020, Tandem continues to demonstrate its talents, this time in a "showroom". To stand out from the crowd and make the participant experience memorable, Tandem deploys all its creativity to deliver messages in a lively context. For Expo Entrepreneurs, a cause that the team endorses, Tandem has put its creative, technical and logistical teams to work to create immersive and ecoresponsible universes.

18. Matawinie
During the year 2020, Tandem, experiences its second major crisis, that of the pandemic that affected the entire planet, and particularly the world of gatherings and events. This sad period somehow unveils the strength and the solidarity of our team. Together, we put our hearts into answering a call for tenders focused on mass communications to promote a region in Quebec, the Matawinie. Tandem won this call for tenders and in doing so, gave the team the energy it needed.

19. Canada Day - Olympic Stadium
2020, amidst the turmoil of the pandemic, Tandem’s virtual activity experience continues to grow, reflecting the intensity of its members. During this year, Tandem is deploying its expertise and continuing to stand out in its industry by producing virtual activities that are broadcast on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. The public was able to see happenings such as Winterlude, IllumiNATION and Canada Day at the Olympic Stadium. Tandem is proud to have acquired a great deal of experience in this type of event, as well as in hybrid mode.

20. Ultramar Foundation
2022, 20 years later, after changing from Tandem Event Communication to Tandem Communication, the members of this team can say loud and proud that they belong to a unique integrated agency in marketing and event communication. It is with this expertise that Tandem continues to stand out in its industry. It was notably demonstrated during the event "La Journée Solidaire de la Fondation d'Ultramar". The agency served a cause that is close to its heart, namely children, through its creativity, branding, print and social communications, the foundation's website and its logistics.
