Expo Entrepreneurs
Description.
The third edition of the Expo Entrepreneurs trade show took place on February 12th and 13th at Place Bonaventure. This event, co-produced by Tandem and the Expo Entrepreneurs team, brought together more than 6,000 participants around Quebec entrepreneurship.
The theme and activities of this edition focused on eco-responsibility with workshops, conferences, demonstration pavilions, expert consulting clinics and the opportunity to meet many professionals to develop one's network.
Tandem's teams imagined and realized the scenography and layout of the event by creating customized spaces: expert consulting clinics in the form of small wooden houses, cardboard structures to separate workshops, a stage set composed of milk crates and a gathering place with giant swings. The layout of each space was partly made up of recycled and reusable elements, and was complemented by abundant foliage.
In parallel, Tandem also managed the recruitment of volunteers and the preparation of the participants' itinerary so as to highlight the programming produced by Expo Entrepreneurs, in addition to ensuring the logistical coordination of the trade show.
