The Ultramar Foundation
Description.
The Ultramar Foundation provides financial support to organizations that help children in the communities served by its network of service stations and convenience stores, particularly in Quebec, Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. These funds make it possible to take concrete action for the well-being of thousands of children in our community.
Tandem acted as delegate producer for the Foundation's flagship event: Day of Solidarity for Children.
The agency conceptualized the event, taking into account the parameters and objectives to be achieved, and also managed all the logistics, from branding and creativity to site selection, promotion, media planning, microsite design, staffing and production, as well as managing set-up, day-of operations and dismantling.
