CCSMTL

Description.

In April 2025, Tandem had the privilege of supporting the Centre de coordination des services en matière d’itinérance (CCSMTL) in carrying out a crucial initiative: the count of people experiencing homelessness in Montréal, as part of the national operation Everyone Counts.

Our mandate covered both logistical and human coordination: preparing and distributing more than 1,200 volunteer kits, setting up digital tools for registrations and communications, managing training sessions, as well as providing technical support and field supervision on the evening of April 15.

This large-scale project mobilized over 1,500 volunteers, spread across seven deployment centers. Thanks to close coordination, we were able to ensure smooth operations, even in the face of unexpected challenges.

Beyond the organizational aspects, this mandate helped bring the Montréal community together around a major social issue. The data collected will now guide future actions in housing, health, and social services.

At Tandem, we are proud to have contributed to this meaningful project, where our event expertise served the common good.
